Group Fitness Classes Announced for May

May brings some new classes to an already great group fitness schedule!

Night classes have been added!  Mondays we have Pilates with Denise at 5:30, Thursday we have Yoga Flow with Judy; both free for members and $7 for non members.

Mornings are back to how they were in March.

New premium classes starting in May is Hula Dancing Tuesdays 6-7:30, Ballroom Dancing Thursdays 6:30 starting May 19th and Swing Classes Thursdays 7:30 starting May 19th.

Lots to do…go out and do it!
