See and interact with your favorite HRC instructors in person or on-line and get some exercise also! Please e-mail Briana to get set up for the classes. For online access, you just need a computer, tablet or phone to follow along and some items you should have at home to work out.
Classes have been going smoothly. Our sizes have been small and everyone coming in are following the policies laid out by HRC. Thank you for that.
A couple of reminders:
Remember to put masks back on as soon as class ends and certainly before approaching someone to talk while keeping the 6 ft. distance in mind. (You may feel comfortable, but, not everyone feels the same as you do.)

New Policies
For In-person classes:
-Please do not come to HRC if you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms.
– No more than 10 people per class.
– Upon entry you will be asked to wear your mask (and leave it on until you are seated in your char or mat in classroom.)
– Temperature check at front desk.
– Sign in as you normally do.
– For yoga classes (and floor work in MIM,) bring your own mats, straps and blocks.
– For chair classes, we will have the chairs, balls, weights and bands, near the door for you to grab upon entry. Clean as you leave the classroom.
-Keep 6 ft distance from others at all times.
For Virtual classes:
– Log in will be the same and through Zoom.
– As previously stated, beginning Oct. 1st, the virtual classes are no longer covered through your insurance programs.
– If you wish to continue you will need to pay $7 a class or $40 month.
Two options for payment:
1st option: Pay $40 the beginning of each month, by phone, or by simply mailing in or bringing by to Briana at the first of each month.
2nd option: Pay $7 per class. Each time you log in to Zoom, Briana will mark your attendance and send you a monthly statement for the times you have logged in and taken a class. You may pay either online through the link on the statement or by check in person or by mail.
