Bobby Garrett will be introducing two new fitness programs in January.  Resolve to get fit and get involved!

4 Week Group Fitness Sessions for juniors

  • from improving motor skill for the younger ones to quickness agility and basic lifting for the sports minded teens
  • will also include for all levels
    • knowledge of basic and advanced nutrition
    • lessons on how the body processes what you eat and drink

New Adult Fitness Classes Weekday Evenings

  • starting in January we will be adding some exciting fit classes for the evening groups
  • from some step aerobics to kick boxing to group circuit training to Zumba to ballroom dancing
