CLUB UPGRADES

This fall was certainly busy!  We started Phase One of our areas between and beside the lower and upper clay courts.  We have started the preparations for winter on the clay courts and fixing some on-court problems in preparation for next year.  We sadly had to take four trees out down between the parking lot and pond due to some bad bugs killing them from the inside out.  However, we did turn them into mulch, firewood and campfire seating in their second life!

On the LED upgrade/retrofit front, we have installed the new lighting in the men’s and women’s locker room in the clubhouse.  The rec room/racquetball area is our next and final phase of the project!  The lighting levels should be the same or greater than you are enjoying now!

We have several projects in the pipeline.  We will finish off Phase One of the hillside project and work on Phase Two hopefully by January.  There are several improvements to the indoor tennis arena planned plus the hanging of our league championship and State championship banners.  Some technology upgrades are also in the planning stages now for the fitness area.

….thanks for being a part of the HRC family.  If you need anything or have any comments/questions, please don’t hesitate to ask any of our staff.  It’s a busy time at the club.  Be sure to take advantage of it!  Let’s all keep active and see you at the club!

Sincerely,
Chris, Cindy and staff
